Bill been a leader in business development in northern Palm Beach County for almost two decades. After nearly a decade with a Sotheby's International Realty affiliate, Bill started Exclusive Real Estate Group in 2008, with an emphasis in Golf and Waterfront homes. In 2011, Bill partnered with one of the largest Marina owners in Florida and became the official Yacht Brokerage firm for Loggerhead Marina and their 12 marinas. Exclusive Group was the first Real Estate and Yacht Brokerage tandem ever in Palm Beach County . Bill is the only known Broker in North America to sell 250 plus homes and over 100 boats. Also in 2011, development began with partners on a construction business that Remodeled Homes with a Marine Construction division. Seven years later, Intracoastal Marine Construction is an industry leader in both home remodeling and Marine Construction.
